Not yet! Weāre an online-only shop right now, which lets us keep things simple and ship directly to your door. Keep an eye out on social for market dates!
Where do you ship?

What is the Swiss Water Process?
Thatās our decaf method of choice ā a chemical-free, eco-friendly process that uses only water, temperature, and time to gently remove caffeine while keeping the flavor intact. Itās clean, safe, and delicious.
Are your coffee bags recyclable or compostable?
Weāre committed to reducing waste ā thatās why we use mainly recyclable or compostable packaging whenever possible. Check with your local services for specific disposal instructions.

Weāre proud members of 1% for the Planet, which means we donate 1% of our total annual sales to vetted environmental nonprofits. Your morning cup helps protect forests, restore wild places, and keep the planet a little greener.
What nonprofits do you support?
We give directly to groups like the National Forest Foundation, who do real, on-the-ground work to protect public lands.

Can I subscribe to get coffee delivered regularly?
Yes! You can subscribe and save ā get your favorite blends delivered on your schedule, with a discount. Choose your frequency at checkout and never run out.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, youāll receive an email with a tracking number. Still need help? Reach out to us!
Returns
Whatās your return policy for coffee and tea?
Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns on coffee or tea.
If somethingās not right with your order ā like damage or a mix-up ā email us within 7 days of delivery and weāll fix it.
Whatās your return policy for gear (hats, mugs, shirts, etc.)?
We acceptĀ returns or exchanges on unworn, unused gear within 14 days of delivery.
To start a return, just email us with your order number and the item you'd like to return.
Returned items must be in original condition, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
