How to Brew

  • Water temperature: 195°F (just below boil)
  • Steep time: 5–10 minutes
  • Ratio: 2.5g per 12oz of water

Use a loose leaf infuser, basket strainer, or teapot with a built-in filter. Steep to your prefence; 5 minutes gives a bright, bergamot-forward cup; 10 minutes deepens the malty black tea base.
