From the misty highlands of Copán comes Copal—a balanced, medium-dark roast with bright acidity and smooth, grounding character. Named for the tree resin burned in the forests of Mesoamerica, this coffee offers an energizing, earthy clarity with a finish as smooth as worn trail stone.

Grown at 1,400–1,600 meters and fully washed before being sun-dried on raised beds, Copal delivers citrus lift from grapefruit, paired with the soft sweetness of milk chocolate and a body that carries clean through the last sip.
