Tea Brew Guide

How to Brew

  • Water temperature: 212°F (full boil)
  • Steep time: 4–6 minutes
  • Ratio: 2.5g per 12oz of water

Use a loose leaf infuser, basket strainer, or teapot with a built-in filter. Steep to your preference; 4 minutes gives a lighter cup, 6 minutes deepens the apple and spice character.

For iced tea: Brew at double strength (2.5g per 6oz), steep 5–6 minutes, then pour directly over ice.
