    Brew Guide

    How to Brew

    • Water temperature: 175°F
    • Steep time: 3–4 minutes
    • Ratio: 2.5g per 12oz of water

    Use a loose leaf infuser, basket strainer, or teapot with a built-in filter. Steep to your preference; 3 minutes gives a lighter cup, 4 minutes deepens the mint character.

    For iced tea: Brew at double strength (2.5g per 6oz), steep 4–5 minutes, then pour directly over ice.
