How to Brew
- Water temperature: 212°F (full boil)
- Steep time: 5–7 minutes
- Ratio: 2.5g per 12oz of water
Use a loose leaf infuser, basket strainer, or teapot with a built-in filter. Steep to your preference; 5 minutes gives a lighter cup, 7 minutes deepens the malty Assam character.
For iced tea: Brew at double strength (2.5g per 6oz), steep 6–7 minutes, then pour directly over ice.
