How to Brew
- Water temperature: 212°F (full boil)
- Steep time: 5 minutes
- Ratio: 2.5g per 12oz of water
Use a loose leaf infuser, basket strainer, or teapot with a built-in filter. Steep the full 5 minutes to let the black tea base develop — pulling it early keeps the cup lighter, with the peach flavoring more forward.
For iced tea: Brew at double strength (2.5g per 6oz), steep 5 minutes, then pour directly over ice.
